As licensee, Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only. Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded from the draw.
Retail values of the prizes may fluctuate over the term of the lottery due to market changes. The prize winners of Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prices include taxes and freight, where applicable.
Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgages, liens, or any other encumbrances. The grand prize of the Luxury Cabin may be subject to restrictive covenants pertaining to its associated development.
Winners agree to allow Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador the rights to publicize their names, and use the personal information collected to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries and other fundraising activities, and to contact them regarding their prize. Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador does not sell, trade, or lease your personal information. If you wish to be removed from our contact lists, please call 1-866-820-9515.
Only tickets that have been verified as paid are eligible for the respective draws.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and presented with only select prizes having a cash value.
All inquiries, if any, regarding the chances of winning are to be made to licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
For each order received, only one primary ticket holder’s name will be applied. Up to three names can be included on the tickets, but the prize will be validated for and awarded only to the primary ticket holder. Notifications about the winning ticket and other related communications will be sent only to the primary ticket holder. Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador is not responsible for any dispute that arises between the individual names appearing on a ticket, and the primary ticket holder is responsible for informing the other individuals listed on the winning ticket.
Once payment has cleared for each ticket order, the ticket purchaser’s name will be recorded in the lottery database and assigned a ticket number in sequential order. At the draw date, unique tokens with the assigned numbers will be entered into a drum for the physical draw, and each winning number will be matched against the database to determine the winner’s identity. A maximum of 80,000 unique tokens will be issued to correspond to the number of tickets issued – one unique number for each ticket. All ticket purchasers will be emailed a copy of their ticket and their assigned ticket number which will serve as the official ticket and receipt for their purchase. If requested, a copy of their ticket will also be mailed.

Tickets are $40 each or three for $110. You can add 50/50 tickets for $10 each or five 50/50 tickets for $40. The super bundle is $200 for five cabin lottery tickets and five 50/50 tickets.
Tickets must be purchased by midnight (NST) on June 11, 2026, to be eligible to win a Mazda CX-5 GT Hybrid. Draw date is July 9, 2026. The Early Bird prize has a $35,000 cash option.

The Grand Prize is a Luxury Cabin in Goose Pond Properties that is valued at over $800,000. Secondary prizes include a 50/50 where the winner receives half the total of 50/50 ticket sales and 1 of 30 $200 gift cards from the Orange Store. Tickets must be purchased by midnight (NST) on September 17, 2026. Draw date is October 22, 2026.
Tickets must be purchased by midnight (NST) September 17, 2026. 50/50 tickets can only be purchased in addition to a Luxury Cabin Lottery ticket. 50/50 tickets can be purchased individually for $10, five for $40 or five Lottery tickets and five 50/50 tickets for $200. There are a limited number of 80,000 Lottery tickets available with 50/50 options for a maximum potential payout of $1.6 million. Draw date is October 22, 2026
The prize draws for the vehicle, ATV, Watercraft, $10,000 cash, 30 Gas Gift Cards, the Grand Prize, and the 50/50 will take place at Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador’s head office, Easter Seals House, 206 Mount Scio Road, St. John’s, NL at 10:00 am NST on the corresponding draw dates listed above.
All draws are open to all eligible ticket holders. The first draw is for the Early Bird Prize Vehicle, then the Bonus Prizes ATV, Watercraft, and a $10,000 cash prize draw, and the 30 Gas Gift Cards. Secondary prize draws are made in the order of the least retail value up to the most retail value, then the Grand Prize draw, and followed by the 50/50 draw.
After each draw, the winner is recorded, and the ticket then goes back into the drum for the next draw. Tickets purchased before the Early Bird prize deadline will be eligible for 36 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird Prize deadline but before the ATV, Watercraft, and $10,000 cash prize deadline will be eligible for the remaining 35 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the ATV, Watercraft, and $10,000 cash prize deadline but before the 30 Gift Cards deadline will be eligible for the remaining 32 prize draws.
All winners will be notified by Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador as to what they have won and where and when to claim their prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no cash equivalencies available except as specified. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as shown.
Where a prize is over $500 and is not claimed within 60 days of the draw, another draw shall be made. Where the prize is again unclaimed, a subsequent draw shall be made within 30 days. Unclaimed prizes after this, and unclaimed prizes with a value of $500 or less, shall be included in the net proceeds to be used for, or paid to Easter Seals Newfoundland and Labrador, as approved in the lottery license application.
A list of top winners will be posted on the Easter Seals Luxury Cabin Lottery site www.cabinlottery.ca by November 10, 2026.
